We leave the key inside each vehicle. After check-in, we unlock the vehicle remotely. You'll hop in the car and be on your way!
Late returns may incur additional charges. If you think you’ll be late, contact us or request an extension through Turo.
Yes, we do our best to drop your car off as close to the rental time as possible to minimize your pickup fee. Most renters prefer picking up in the short-term lot, which requires a one-time fee of $15 - 30 to exit. Alternatively, we are happy to drop off the car in the economy lot, accessible by airport shuttle, where fees will be closer to $6 - 12 to exit.
